On the final Campus Round Table of the year, host John Lavanga and News Director Tom Visco are joined by a larger-than-usual panel: Alex Majchrzak, Student Government Board Allocations Committee Chairman; Julie Hallinan, former Student Government Board member; Matt Schaff, columnist for The Pitt News; Halim Genus, former Student Government Board member; Rosie McKinley, former Pathfinder President, former Allocations Committee member and former Druid; Tricia Dougherty, Rainbow Alliance President and host of The Gay Agenda; Aaron Gish, Student Government Board Elections Committee Chairman; Nick Stamatakis, current Druid and former Assistant Opinions Editor for The Pitt News; and Zach Virshup, a student who, at the final Student Government Board public meeting of the semester, said “I have a 0 percent chance of getting on Board if I’m not on a slate.”
The panel discussed the events of the prior night’s final Student Government Board public meeting of the semester, in which several students made clear their desire for a more transparant Board.
