Landreneau Elected SGB President, Five Board Allies Also Elected

Board Member James Landreneau was elected President of Student Government Board over Board Member John Hasley, 67% – 33%.  Landreneau received 2684 votes.

The newly elected board members are:

Olivia Armstrong, 1350 votes

Halim Genus, 1219 votes

Julie Hallinan, 1462 votes

Gordon Lauderback, 1826 votes

Megan McGrath, 1156 votes

Alex Murdoch, 1635 votes

Natalie Rothenberger, 1861 votes

Zoe Samudzi, 1609 votes

The referendum on electoral procedures was defeated 66 % to 33 %, students will be able to vote for five board members next year, with no change from this year’s election.

Voter turnout was approximately 24%
