WPTS Presents Twin Peaks with Opus One Productions

WPTS Radio and Opus One Productions are proud to present Twin Peaks at Club Café on Thursday May 26th. Doors open at 7:00 PM and the show starts at 8:00 PM. Tickets can be purchased here.

The Chicago-bred band is back with a new album titled Down in Heaven, which is out on May 13th, compliments of Grand Jury Music. Since dropping out of college 3 years ago, the band has enjoyed a great deal of success, having performed at festivals such as Pitch-fork, Lollapalooza, and Roskilde. They were also blessed with the title of “Best New Band” by NME. Although they’ve had this success, Twin Peaks has never been complacent and has taken note from their inspirations. “The bands we admire are the ones who change drastically over the course of their span, like The Velvet Underground, where no two records of theirs sound the same”, stated band member Clay Frankel. With their sound constantly evolving, and a core that stays true to their roots, it’s hard to see how one can’t look forward to their upcoming release. Down in Heaven is sure to please any fan, new and old alike.
