WPTS Radio at Broken World Fest 2

Broken World Fest 2 was one of the best music events I’ve ever been to. Despite being a mostly DIY show, everything ran extremely smoothly and was well organized. The show ran on time–even a bit early– the entire time. The set changes were some of the most well executed I’ve ever seen. It is always a pain to wait an hour between an opener and the headliner at large venues, but this was not the case. There were even two instrument malfunctions between a broken guitar string and a drum kit that wouldn’t stay together, but the show kept on running and none of the artists lost their cool. All of the performers were extremely talented and each offered something unique. By the time TWIABP, the headliner for Friday, got on stage, Derrick was a bit drunk and told an emotional tale that led to tears while trying to tune their guitar. It was an amazing show and I can’t wait to see Broken World Fest 3.
And yes, the entirety of TWIABP was indeed able to fit on one stage.
